Thank you so much Television Academy, so much and all the members that voted, and I also want to say congratulations and thank you to the performance of all of my fellow nominees in my category. All brilliant, brilliant performances. Keri Russell, among them, sent a gift and a card quoting—I didn’t know we were going to lose her so soon—Gloria Steinem saying, “We are linked not ranked,” and I feel that way about all you women, so thank you for that.
Thank you Vince Gilligan for giving me not only the role of a lifetime, but for creating sets where we all get to collaborate and we are actually made to take risks where we get better as artists. Thank you to my whole crew, my producers, my writers, the incredible background artists on the show, casting, my dear beloved cast, and Miriam [Shor], Jeff [Hiller], Samba [Schutte], and Carlos Manuel [Vesga], and my pirate lady Karolina Wydra, and thank you to my beautiful family, my friends, all supportive, and the love of my life, Graham Larson [and my kids], Gray and McLain.

“The only part that feels different is that it’s my first nomination as a lead. It’s the process of Vince writing this for me and seeing the mountain which he wanted me to climb and going through that process,” she added. “The whole thing has been its own journey, so ending up with awards and nominations and being so well received by critics and fans is not lost on me.”
